26pkr Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on 26pkr, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all use of the 26pkr platform, including the website, the mobile app and any other services provided under the 26pkr brand.

These terms should be read alongside the 26pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 26pkr. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of the 26pkr platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms. If 26pkr makes changes to these terms, continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for updates.

To use the betting and gaming services on 26pkr, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 26pkr reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage.
• You may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted under any circumstances, including using different names, email addresses or payment details.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 26pkr account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no one else has access to your login credentials. The following rules apply:

• Never share your password, PIN or any login details with another person — including friends or family members.
• Do not save your login credentials on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact 26pkr support.
• 26pkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Bets placed on your account while logged in are considered to have been placed by you, regardless of who was actually using the device at the time.

26pkr offers two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of protection on your account. This feature is strongly recommended and can be enabled in your account security settings at any time.

All deposits on 26pkr are made in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution.

• Deposits must be made from funds that belong to you. Depositing proceeds from fraudulent or criminal activity is prohibited and will be reported.
• 26pkr reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time.

Withdrawals from your 26pkr account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third party's account under any circumstances.
• 26pkr may require identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal. This process is in place to protect your account and prevent fraud. Please have valid identification and proof of your payment method ready.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. VIP members benefit from higher withdrawal limits — see the VIP page for details.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours once verification is complete. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be removed from your withdrawable balance at the time of the withdrawal request. Only your real money balance and any fully wagered bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 26pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms or an ongoing verification process.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 26pkr platform, including sports betting, in-play markets, cricket, PSL, football, esports and all other available markets:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 26pkr explicitly offers a cash-out or cancellation option for that specific market.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If a price change occurs between you submitting a bet and it being confirmed, 26pkr will notify you of the new price. You may then accept or decline the revised odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets. These are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• 26pkr reserves the right to limit the stakes or markets available to individual accounts where unusual or professional betting patterns are identified.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, 26pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically, if a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the match. Where no official result is possible, stakes will be returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds engine. During periods of rapid scoring — such as T20 cricket — in-play markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

26pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and enhanced odds on PSL and other cricket events. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been completed are withdrawable.
• A player may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly described as a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — will result in all bonus claims being voided.
• 26pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering already completed towards the requirement will be counted if the cancellation was not caused by your breach of these terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• 26pkr may at its discretion exclude certain games or markets from contributing to wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for different game types are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, traded or sold.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 26pkr platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account closed and their balance forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false identity information.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or any criminal activity.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting bonuses in bad faith — for example, systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee withdrawable winnings without genuine play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Gaining access to another player's account without their consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify or distribute any part of the 26pkr platform.
• Placing bets with knowledge of insider information that is not publicly available, including in cricket or PSL markets.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

26pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino games are intended as a form of entertainment for adults. They should never be used as a way to solve financial problems or to recover previous losses. The following responsible gaming principles apply across the platform:

• Set a budget: Only bet amounts you can genuinely afford to lose. Set a clear budget for your gaming activity before you start, and stick to it.
• Use deposit limits: 26pkr provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that you can set in your account at any time. These take effect immediately once activated.
• Take breaks: Session time reminders are available in your account settings. If you find yourself playing for longer than intended, use the session break feature to pause your account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your betting is becoming difficult to manage, you can self-exclude your account for a period of your choosing. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

26pkr provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and error-free service, the following limitations apply:

• 26pkr is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues or delays — including during live betting on cricket, PSL or other sports events.
• 26pkr is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• In no event shall 26pkr's liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 26pkr does not guarantee that any particular market, game or feature will remain available at all times. Features may be modified, suspended or removed without prior notice.
• Losses resulting from your betting activity are your own responsibility. 26pkr is not liable for any gambling losses incurred during normal platform use.

26pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
